Your Oral Health

'Current Conditions'

At your initial visit, we will do a thorough evaluation of your current oral health condition.

The forms necessary for your first visit are available for download from our site. You can bring them with you, or you may wish to come to the office about 10 - 15 minutes early for your appointment and fill them out here. Either way, we are ready to assist you with any questions you may have.

The visit will include a discussion, probing, visual examination, diagnosis and treatment recommendations. Some of the items are listed here:

• Examination of existing restorations
• Examination of tooth decay
• Gum disease evaluation
• Removal of plaque
• Teeth polishing
• Provide oral hygiene recommendations
• Review your dietary habits

We will also take a full mouth series of x-rays, which include the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.

A good dental exam and cleaning involves quite a lot more than just checking for cavities and polishing your teeth.

We are committed to providing you with the best possible oral health care.

We also know your comfort is very important so our goal is to treat you with care and respect as we make your dental visits a friendly experience.
